What is BKAutos.com?
BKAutos.com is the dba for Attorney Lending Network, a Texas corporation with its corporate headquarters in Benbrook, Texas. BKAutos.com is a loan originator. BKAutos.com is not a lender, auto lessor or credit issuer. BKAutos.com does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans, nor does BKAutos.com issue commitments or lock-in agreements. BKAutos.com is not an agent of either you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or loan broker (we refer to all of these as "Lenders"). The loan request you submit is NOT an application for credit. Rather, it is a request for a loan pre-qualification. You may have to complete an application with a Lender before they will extend an unconditional loan offer. A Lender you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of an appraisal, credit report or other items. The Lender will determine the amount of any such fees, and should provide information to you regarding the refundability of any such fees. BKAutos.com does not charge you the consumer, any fees for its services. BKAutos.com receives its compensation from the Lenders for the goods, facilities and services actually provided by BKAutos.com.

Your loan request will be forwarded to Lenders, and these Lenders may make certain disclosures to you. These disclosures, which may be federal and state laws, are the sole responsibility of Lenders. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
